The default selected dates are Monday, August 17 through Thursday, August 20. You may change your dates and still receive the promotional rate. The earliest you can check in and qualify for the promotional rate is Saturday, August 15, and the latest you can check out and still receive the promotional rate is Sunday, August 23. FYI as of April 1st the room availability for the weekend prior to and after the conference are almost booked up. We still had 71 rooms available for the exact dates of conference.
